Missions
- Check availability and confirm reservations with hotels, riads, camps, guides and transport providers
- Request and manage quotations
- Organise client files and travel documentation
- Provide client assistance during trips via WhatsApp
- Coordinate daily with guides and drivers
- Real-time follow-up and issue resolution on the ground
Profile required
- Previous experience in travel operations, reservations or concierge services
- Strong organisational and communication skills
- Fluent in English and French (mandatory)
- Ability to work under pressure and with flexible hours
